System Architecture & Preliminary Design

Simulation & Modeling

Electronics Design

We build high-speed multilayer boards that handle thermal constraints, EMI, and are  designed for manufacturability.

High Voltage & High Power Systems

We design 1500V, 500kW systems in-house with full isolation and fault protection,  enabling safe, rapid validation without relying on third-party labs.

Motor Control & Drives

We develop robust control firmware, including field-oriented control, sensorless operation,  and four-quadrant torque control.

Custom Magnetics Design

From planar transformers to high-frequency inductors, we create custom magnetics  optimized for size, cost, and thermal needs.

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing

We support real-time simulation and control prototyping. That means faster code  development and safer iteration.

Functional Safety (ISO 26262)

We have experience developing systems for automotive and other safety-critical  applications. Our team can manage compliance planning, FMEA/FMEDA, documentation,  and interface with certifying labs to meet ISO 26262 or similar requirements.

Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC)

We minimize emissions through smart filtering, shielding, and layout from day one. Better  designs pass testing the first time.

Mechanical & Thermal Design

We build enclosures and cooling systems that survive vibration, heat, and shock.

Production & Test Engineering

We design for scale and manufacturability. Our team develops automated test jigs, end of-line testers, robust production test plans, and final assembly documentation to ensure  high yields and throughput in manufacturing.
