Leica Geosystems is part of Hexagon in Sweden. Ingenuity worked directly with the Swiss Leica office and the Brisbane-based R&D team to develop the product. This project was a new and major undertaking for Leica, taking over 18 months to complete, due to the high accuracy of the electronic components and the complexity of the mechanical assembly.
