  • Performing comprehensive prototype verification and managing product compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Writing detailed specifications and documentation in accordance with our Quality Management System.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to address project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Documenting complete designs for manufacture.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) for mechanical and mechatronic system design.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques, including 3D printing, CNC machining, molding, casting, and sheet metal design.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and integrating PCBs and electrical assemblies into mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing techniques, and integration with electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead and work within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
Favorable Criteria
  • Experience leading mechanical design projects in a consulting environment.
